Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst


Position Summary
DCFPI seeks a Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst to work with a team of skilled policy analysts on a range of policy issues and research topics affecting residents with low and moderate incomes and Black and brown communities in the District. The Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst will be part of the policy team and will work on research projects related to economic security, housing, education, and revenue, often in collaboration with issue-area specialists. Topics may include the implications of policy and budget choices affecting cash programs, tax credits, housing affordability, and early and public education, as well as income and labor market trends, DC revenue collections, and the causes and consequences of poverty.

Digital Communications Associate


Position Summary
DCFPI seeks a Digital Communications Associate to support communications across the organization’s social media, email, and website to raise visibility and reach of its work. The successful candidate for this role will be creative and proactive with strong attention to detail. DCFPI seeks someone with a deep commitment to racial, gender, and economic justice, and the organization’s core priorities around tax, budget, and economic policy.

Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst: Affordable Housing


Position Summary
DCFPI seeks a Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst to support the organization’s research and advocacy on affordable housing policies in the District of Columbia, with a focus on building a holistic approach to ending displacement for Black and brown residents. The Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst will support DCFPI’s advocacy for people with low incomes and Black and brown residents on a wide range of affordable housing issues, including housing preservation and production, tenants’ rights, vouchers, and Black homeownership opportunities. This position will engage with various stakeholders and coalitions, including the Fair Budget Coalition’s Housing Issue Group and the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) coalition.
